We use Wine Luthier technology to identify the location of the main classic wine styles in the world. All wines are positioned in a map known as WPS (Wine Positioning System) and each wine has its own polygon of flavor.

This is how we identify the location of any producer and make our wines to match the desired style.

Wine Luthier is an operating system (WL OS 1.0) designed to mitigate risks, improve quality systems, make processes more profitable and improve consumer loyalty within the wine sector. Producers and distributors get very valuable information to make strategic decisions for their business.

When a wine arrives at Wineluthier Lab, we carry out a complete physical-chemical analysis based on 22 analytical parameters and our AI visualizes the taste perceived by the consumers of any wine, representing it according to its 4 main wine taste drivers: the impression of acidity of a wine, Crisp; of volume in the mouth, Mellow; of sweetness, Sweet; of solidity (tannins), Grip.
